About me
"I'm Molly, a voice, accent, and breath facilitator, fascinated with how we sound."
Drawing from my own experiences—growing up with two non-speaking brothers—and my formal studies at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, I've fallen into voice coaching, something that wasn't part of the plan but has become a passion I've embraced.
I've had the privilege of presenting my research twice at the VASTA Voice Association Conference in 2024, and I freelance at some of the most prestigious drama schools in the world. My approach is a unique blend of playful experimentation and sincere (but never too serious) dedication. I'm committed to ensuring that you can communicate with ease and confidence, no matter the context.
Beyond the actor's studio, I bring these same acting techniques into boardrooms and corporate environments, collaborating with clients like LAMDA, EY, and more. My work spans from helping actors expand their vocal range to empowering CEOs and corporate leaders to master their communication in high-stakes environments.
If you're ready to explore your voice and discover new depths in how you express yourself, I'm excited to work with you!
What I do
The art of oracy is no longer taught. It is my mission to help people learn this art, and start communicating with their whole voice. As a sister of two non-speaking autistic brothers, I recognise the privilege it is to have a voice. I want you to feel that power too. I am certified as a Voice Coach, Accent Coach and Breath Facilitator and all three practices come into play when I work with clients and groups. The work I offer can either be seen as learning and development or wellness support depending on what you need.
I have also undertaken training in NLP, breath work and various mental health certifications.
The Steps
01: Book a consultation
An online or in-person conversation about how this work can benefit your team or you as an individual. Everyone I work with receives a bespoke plan tailored to your ethos, values, and needs.
02: The plan
I prepare a proposal outlining what I think would work best for you or your team. We will then walk through it together to ensure it meets your desired criteria. Depending on your needs, we will also discuss the most suitable space for the work.
03: Follow-up
I offer follow-up sessions and check-ins after the training. This step helps keep clients accountable for the work and provides an opportunity for one-to-one advice and feedback. It's easy to complete training or wellness work and never revisit it. This follow-up ensures you or your team continues to grow and build on what's been learned.
